Agent Layer ("we," "us," or "our") operates a booking access platform that helps service businesses capture appointment requests through messaging, AI assistants, and other channels. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you interact with our platform — whether you are a business using Agent Layer or a customer booking an appointment through a business that uses Agent Layer.

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

  • Contact information such as name, email address, and phone number when you request a demo or register your business
  • Business details including business name, service offerings, and booking system information
  • Appointment-related information submitted during a booking flow

3. SMS Messaging

Agent Layer sends SMS messages for appointment confirmations and reminders on behalf of registered businesses. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

When you provide your phone number in connection with a booking through a business that uses Agent Layer, you may receive SMS messages related to that booking. Specifically:

  • Booking confirmations — sent when an appointment is successfully booked
  • Appointment reminders — sent prior to your scheduled appointment
  • Status updates — sent if an appointment is changed or cancelled

Your phone number is used solely for transactional messaging related to your appointment. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

4. How We Share Information
